Whether you play offense or defense or both in your chosen sport(s) here is something that all athletes should do.  Defend your Smile!  A good sports mouth guard is an essential part of any sports uniform.  It matters not whether you play contact or non-contact sports.  If you have heard of the “boil-and-bite” mouth guard you know that may NOT be enough.
