Moderate those Holiday Treats.

Bah, humbug…I want another tasty treat.  No, not that fruit cake from Aunt Ruth.  There are so many sweet and tasty temptations during this Holiday Season.  It takes a little discipline, but if you can moderate your intake you will save yourself some grief in the New Year.  Think of your bathroom scale as well as that beautiful smile you have worked on all year.

I want to know who decided that.  Does your homeowners insurance expire at the end of the year?  How about your car insurance?  If YOU don’t expire does your life insurance do so at year’s end?  Of course they don’t!  None of that makes any sense.  Why does dental insurance NOT roll over into 2017?  It is one of life’s great mysteries.
