What? Are you kidding
me? When is it ever a good time for oral
surgery? Well, let’s look at it
pragmatically. School is nearly out for
the summer and you have more time to tackle a situation that has been brewing
for quite some time. We did not say it
was fun, but what are going to do…put it off until next fall or winter?
If you catch it early it will be so much easier and painless
to treat. Those wisdom teeth are not
going anywhere on their own. And, who is
smarter because they kept their “wisdom” teeth?
All you may need at this point are x-rays and an oral exam. That will show if extractions of those
particular molars are necessary in the near future.
Let me introduce you to oral surgeon Dr. Eric
Osmolinski. He is the resident oral
surgeon at the practice of Dr. David Blackman DDS in Carol Stream. He will determine the proper course of action
and you could not be in better hands with any Chicagoland oral surgeon. Call for a late-spring, early-summer
appointment at their office at 400 N. Gary Ave. at (630) 260-1700.
